Terms & Conditions for 1:1 Coaching – 3-Month Program

By enrolling in this coaching program, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Mariella Balazs Coaching (“Coach”).

1. Program Overview

  • The coaching program includes:

    • 3 months of 1:1 mentorship

    • Fortnightly coaching calls via Zoom (6 total)

    • Ongoing WhatsApp support (Monday–Friday, within working hours)

    • Access to relevant tools, templates, or resources provided by the Coach

2. Payment Terms

  • The full investment for the 3-month coaching program is £2497

  • Payment is due upfront or through an agreed payment plan.

  • By enrolling, you commit to the full payment plan regardless of usage or completion.

3. Refund Policy

  • This program is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Due to the nature of digital mentoring and the time/energy invested, no refunds will be issued once payment is made.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a 1:1 session.

  • Missed calls without notice will not be rescheduled and will count as used.

5. Client Commitment

  • You understand that results depend on your commitment and implementation.

  • The Coach is not responsible for business outcomes, income, or client bookings however we will do our best to provide you with all materials and guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All resources, templates, or materials shared during the coaching remain the property of the Coach.

  • They are for personal business use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

7. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are confidential. The Coach agrees not to disclose information shared in sessions, and expects the same from the Client.

8. Disclaimer

  • The Coach does not guarantee specific results. All coaching advice is provided in good faith based on experience and knowledge.

  • You are responsible for your business decisions, compliance, and actions.

9. Termination

  • The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the Client behaves inappropriately, fails to make payments, or breaches terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
