Introduction 

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership in Mariella Balazs ("Club") provided by Mariella Balazs ("Company"). By becoming a member of the Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming a member.

Membership Fee and Payment

  1. The membership fee for the Club is one time payment of £270.00

  2. Payment for the membership and is non-refundable. 

  3. Cancellation of your membership is allowed at any time, and subsequent billing for future months will cease immediately upon cancellation. Please be aware that once your membership is canceled, you will experience an immediate removal from the Facebook group. We retain the right to withdraw your access to the Facebook group, even if you have made payment for the current month, based on our discretion and adherence to our terms and conditions.

    Access to Club

  1. Upon receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Club.

  2. Access to the Club is for the registered member only and may not be shared with others.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided within the Club, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Mariella Balazs

  2. Members are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Club's content without prior written consent from Mariella Balazs

Cancellation and Termination

  1. Members are free to cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership fee.

  2. Mariella Balazs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate a member's access to the Club for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or disruptive behavior.

Privacy Policy

  1. Member information will be handled in accordance with Mariella Balazs Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Governing Law

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

Entire Agreement

  1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
