Introduction  

In accordance with the terms and conditions set out within this Agreement the Coach agrees to provide the Services as defined below to the Client in exchange for payment of the Fee (as defined below).  

•  Introduction
  These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase and participation in the online masterclass offered byMariella Balazs (“Secret Lip Technique Masterclass"). By purchasing the Masterclass, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your purchase.
•  Payment
  2.1 Payment for the Masterclass is due at the time of registration.
  2.2 All payments are non-refundable.
•  Access to Masterclass
  3.1 Upon receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Masterclass.
  3.2 Access to the Masterclass is for the registered participant only and may not be shared with others.
•  Intellectual Property
  4.1 All content presented in the Masterclass, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, are the intellectual property of Mariella Balazs. 4.2 Participants are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Masterclass without prior written consent from Mariella Balazs
•  Cancellation and Rescheduling
  5.1 Mariella Balazs reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Masterclass for any reason, including insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or the unavailability of instructors.
  5.2 In the event of cancellation by Mariella Balazs participants will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
•  Participant Conduct
  6.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the Masterclass.
  6.2 Mariella Balazs reserves the right to remove any participant from the Masterclass without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
•  Limitation of Liability
  7.1 Mariella Balazs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of the Masterclass. You must be a qualified practitioner with a valid dermal filler certification to perform this treatment.
•  Privacy Policy
  8.1 Participant information will be handled in accordance with Mariella Balazs Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
•  Governing Law
  9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
•  Entire Agreement
  10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
