Online Masterclass Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase and participation in the online Masterclass offered by Mariella Balazs. By purchasing this Masterclass, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Full payment is required at the time of registration.
2.2 All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Access & Expiry

3.1 Upon receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the Masterclass.
3.2 Access is for the registered participant only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
3.3 All digital materials, including ebooks, guides, and course content, will automatically expire 12 months after purchase. Continued access beyond this period will require a new purchase.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

4.1 All content within the Masterclass, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Mariella Balazs
4.2 Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or repurposing any part of the Masterclass without prior written consent from Mariella Balazs.
4.3 Unauthorised sharing or misuse of course materials may result in immediate removal from the Masterclass without refund and potential legal action.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

5.1 Mariella Balazs reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Masterclass for reasons including but not limited to low enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or instructor unavailability.
5.2 If the Masterclass is rescheduled, participants will be notified in advance.

6. Participant Conduct & Removal Policy

6.1 Participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully throughout the Masterclass.
6.2 The Aesthetics Diaries reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Mariella Balazs  shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from participation in the Masterclass.
7.2 You acknowledge that you must be a qualified practitioner with the necessary certifications to perform any treatments discussed in the Masterclass.Mariella Balazs  does not assume responsibility for how you apply the information provided.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with TheMariella Balazs Privacy Policy, available on our website.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Mariella Balazs

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the participant and Mariella Balazs, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

1. Introduction

2.2 No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
2.3 Once payment is made and access to the purchased digital content or marketing services is granted, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.

3. Access & Expiry

3.1 Customers will receive immediate access to purchased eBooks or digital marketing services upon successful payment.
3.2 The Company is not responsible for technical issues on the Customer's end, including but not limited to device incompatibility or accidental purchases. Such issues do not warrant a refund.
3.3 All digital content will automatically expire after 12 months from the date of purchase. Continued access beyond this period will require a new purchase.
